Callista Goh

Callista is a trauma-informed Provisional Psychologist who is registered under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Associate Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Western Australia and an Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Murdoch University.

Callista has extensive experience providing counselling and psychological therapies to individuals of diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults and families. Prior to the Talk Shop, Callista has worked with clients for 3 years in hospital, community mental health, special needs and educational settings with clients aged between 4 and 82 years of age.

Callista utilises a culturally-sensitive, strengths-based approach to provide services that are individually tailored towards each person or family’s unique needs. She works collaboratively with her clients and draws upon multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure that each client feels that their individual needs are prioritised.

Callista is extremely passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and helping her clients through their difficulties, so they can lead more authentic and meaningful lives.
