Claire Naidoo is a Clinical Psychologist who works with older adolescents (18+) and adults.
Claire is experienced in utilising approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); solution-focused therapy and mindful-based approaches. Claire uses these approaches to help clients understand symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. By tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs, Claire assists individuals in developing effective coping strategies, regulating emotions, improving interpersonal skills, and achieving personal growth.
