Molly has extensive experience working with teenagers and young adults, in both counselling and rehabilitative settings. Her areas of expertise include complex trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and substance use/addiction. She is also passionate about working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups, ensuring her practice is inclusive and sensitive to the needs of diverse populations.

Molly is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
