I am a psychologist with years of experience working in diverse clinical settings. I have been fortunate to practice in urban and rural setting across Australia, supporting individuals at various stages of life and from varied backgrounds. This diverse experience has deepened my appreciation and understanding for the unique challenges faced by individuals, not only by personal experiences, but also provisioned through environmental and systemic challenges.
My practice is grounded in values of openness, honesty, kindness, and compassion, and is deeply informed by my love of nature. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through the complexities of early attachment and its impacts, as well as experiences of trauma. My approach is centred on fostering resilience and guiding individuals towards a stronger sense of self, purpose, and meaning in their lives. I firmly believe the inherent capacity for growth and change exists within each person.
